The 14th Representative District Democratic Committee gathered at the Iron Hill Brewery Nov. 9 to celebrate the midterm election victory of Senator-elect Russ Huxtable of the 6th District, and other Democratic candidates who won their races at the state and local levels. Committee Chair Jeff Balk thanked members of the group who worked on Democratic campaigns, and volunteered as greeters and challengers at polling places Nov. 8.

The 14th RD Democratic Committee represents Democrats who live in the communities surrounding Lewes, south to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, and west to Angola. The committee meets at the Iron Hill Brewery on the second Wednesday of every month (except December) for a 5 p.m. dutch-treat dinner and business meeting at 6 pm.
